Jim has been a dispatcher with the company since 1999. He dispatches northbound out of Arizona and Southern California. He has lived in Central Oregon most of his life. He enjoys the outdoors and likes to fish, hunt and camp with his friends. Jim has over 28 years in the trucking industry, with a hands on background in transportation and dispatching. |

Dustin has been with the company since 2000. He is our CEO and directs the overall operations of the company. He dispatches outbound from the Northwest. He lives in Bend with his wife, daughter, and son. He enjoys cycling, skiing, and spending time with his family. |

Virginia has been with the company since 2006. She is our northern California northbound dispatcher, and also assists with local Oregon-Washington lanes and Midwest hauls. She lives in Bend with her husband and 4 children. |

Kelly works in general dispatch, with emphasis on border loads to California, Arizona, and Texas. Kelly started with us in mid 2009, but has utilized his background in the trucking industry to hit the ground running. Previous experience as a manager of a local diesel parts and repair shop makes him our resident expert regarding mechanical issues. Kelly lives in Redmond with his wife and children. |

Jen has been with the company since 2000. She is our Office Manager and works part time in our accounting department. She lives with her husband, daughter, and son in Bend. She enjoys training her dogs and hanging out with her baby. |

Sue has been with the company since 2003. She started as a dispatcher, but moved to our accounting department in 2007. Sue lives in Redmond with her husband. She enjoys being with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also loves to camp, fish, hunt and play softball. |

Maisy is our office mascot and honorary employee. She has been with the company since 2001. She likes to lay in the sun and sleep. She is probably our most enthusiastic "employee" and loves coming to work. |
